Residence Primera is a wonderful tourist resort located in a sunny and quiet position on the south-western shore of Lake Garda, a few steps from Moniga del Garda and the beach.
The Primera Residence has 6 newly built multi-family villas, a restaurant, a minimarket and two private swimming pools.
Our structure, with twenty years of experience, is renowed for its family atmosphere and hospitality, it offers calm and relax as well as fun and entertainment.

Excellent location near the lake, structure suitable for families even with small children, lots of well-kept green and beautiful swimming pool with deck chairs and umbrellas available to customers. Recommended for excellent quality / price ratio.
Very pleasant
Very very nice! Particularly kind and helpful staff. The swimming pool is very large and close to the apartments, which are very nice. Overall great, pleasantly surprises!
Quiet and relaxing vacation
It is a residence with all the comforts in the apartment, especially the large terrace and the privacy offered by the hedge that borders each garden. The impeccable cleanliness I have found few apartments so clean.
Residence to remember
Beautiful location, quiet, relaxing residence with everything you need (supermarket, pizzeria and swimming pool). The staff is very friendly and polite, they honored us with a bottle of local wine. I will definitely take this into account if I return to the area.
Cozy and well kept!
Perfect for families with children, everything close at hand, swimming pool, playground, bar, mini market. Beautiful apartment, spacious and super view. Staff very kind. Value for money I would say among the best in the area!!
